Virgin Nepal Trek & Expedition is a TAAN-registered operator founded in 2014, led by Pasang Sherpa. Unlike many single-focus trekking agencies, their catalog spans trekking, high-altitude expeditions, jungle safari, and white-water rafting across three countries: Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. That range is a strength for the business, and it's exactly what made building the right website for it harder than it looks.

The Challenge

The first build didn't hold up under real use. As the project moved into testing, it became clear the site wasn't capturing the full breadth of what Virgin Nepal Trek & Expedition actually offers, and a gap opened between what had been delivered and what the client needed to represent their business properly.

The Solution: A Full Rebuild, Not a Patch

Methodology & Approach

• Requirements Re-Discovery: Revisited the original brief against what testing had actually surfaced, mapping the full extent of Virgin Nepal Trek & Expedition's catalog from Everest and Annapurna treks to expeditions like Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and Lhotse, to jungle safari and rafting rather than working around the existing structure.
• Ground-Up Redesign: Rebuilt the site's architecture and design around that full catalog, giving each category of trip its own clear place rather than forcing a multi-country, multi-activity business into a single-trek template.
• Revised Internal Workflow: This project changed how Rewa Soft manages testing and client sign-off mid-build closing the gap between what gets tested and what the client actually needs, earlier in the process rather than after delivery.
• Delivery & Client Review: Delivered the rebuilt platform with a final review measured directly against the client's original vision, not just the revised brief.
